Annemarie’s story
After a regular childhood of sport - think hockey, squash, school sports - nothing outstanding happened in Annemarie's world of fitness until her children were of school age and she discovered the gym and personal training. After picking the children up from school, they would do their homework while Annemarie had a PT and then when the children were old enough, they would join in. Little did she know this was the beginning of her passion for the health and fitness industry.
Gaining a love of jogging/running in 2009, and a desire to empower others to embark upon and realise their own personal health and fitness, in 2014 the question “Why not turn my passion into a career?” gained momentum.
